Blue Resin Mushroom

This piece is inspired by the fact that I live in the great state of Maine surrounded by wildlife and the beauty of nature. With white dried flowers on a bed of blue reminding me of the many streams nearby.

I used a silicon mold and epoxy to create this one of kind piece. Embedding dried flowers and twine wrapped in a bow laying on a bed of royal blue. I used the dye in the resin to create the blue color.
